Troubleshooting Instantwhip Foods
Email server access
The Instantwhip Foods Email server requires the use of
SSL 2.0 encryption in order to access your mail or spam
box through a browser such as Windows Internet Explorer
or Mozilla Firefox. The following browser changes must be
made before initial use or after updating your browser with
a newer version.
Required settings for Internet Explorer:
- Click on the TOOLS button and then select INTERNET OPTIONS
- Click on the ADVANCED tab and scroll down to SECURITY settings
- Select USE SSL 2.0 and then APPLY the settings change
Required settings for Mozilla Firefox:
- Enter ABOUT:CONFIG in the URL bar and click GO
- Scroll down
to the SECURITY.ENABLE & SECURITY.SSL2 settings
- Double click
on all "7" SSL2 security options and set to TRUE
